We’ve led big creative departments before. In fact, we’ve led big ad agencies before. We worked together for 16 years as Creative Director (George) and Co-Owner & ECD (Josh) at one of Australia’s largest & most successful independent creative agencies, AJF Partnership. Before that we did our time at agency networks Y&R, George Patts and Clemenger Group. Our work has been awarded at Cannes in France, D&AD in London, & One Show in New York, as well as taking home the ‘Grand Effie’ twice in Australia. All nice to have, but the real joy for us comes in sharing in the success of the people & brands we work with.
